Continue to provide terminal services ( Umm Qasr, South Port ) and inland distribution with private security to / from various locations to Forward Operating Bases ( FOB ) in Iraq as a means to decrease the requirement on U.S.military personnel, convoys and convoy protection platforms providing the same services.
